Pastor Daryl has been married to Michele for 34 years. They have 3 adult children  Bethany and her husband just moved to Houston; Daniel and his wife live in DelRay; and Josh is still at home.  Daryl was born in in Birmingham, Al. He graduated from Samford University one week before being married. He served a few churches there before attending Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. After graduating seminary they returned to the outskirts of Birmingham to serve 4.5 years at Loveless Park Baptist Church. In February of 1998 they moved to South Florida to serve at Parkridge Baptist Church – now Parkridge Church. Daryl now serves as the Adults and Missions Pastor.

Pastor Daryl has been engaged with Gulfstream Baptist Association for years. He currently serves on the Board of the association, but in November will begin serving in a limited way on the Leadership Team. In both positions, Pastor Daryl loves to help churches – locally and abroad. When he has time, he enjoys fishing and woodworking – at a novice level.
